Day 46

Hi peoples!

     Yay! I'm back to writing sooner then five days! :D The reason for that is that I got a laptop for myself to do my school work and my blog! It's a Lenovo. I don't know much about computers except that they are awesome! My brothers got their own laptops for the same reason. Shane has a Dell, and Jack has a Asus. The Wi-Fi is much faster on this computer, so I am able to do my blog more often.

     We are in a KOA (Kampground of America) campground right now because we needed to do the laundry. The place we were at before had laundry, but the water was so nasty tasting and smelling that my mom didn't want to wash our clothes in it. KOA Duluth Minnesota Website

     We got here in Duluth, Minnesota today because my mom says there is a lot of things to do here, such as a zoo, an aquarium and a railroad museum. We are staying here two nights so tomorrow we have all day to explore. I really want to look at the aquarium and railroad museum.

     When we were still at the last campground ( Crow Wing Lake Campground Website ) We went on a pedal boat on the lake! The pedal boat is a boat that has pedals on that you use to move and rudder to steer it. It was really fun but hard. You really had to use your muscles to move the thing. :) Thank goodness I was able to bring Sammy with us. The funny thing about Sammy is that he has to be with all his people. ;) So he would swim besides us, and when he was tired he would climb up on one of the boats (We rented two) and then would whine because he couldn't get to the other one. So then he would jump back into the lake to get to the others. Haha! :D Since he does a lot of swimming, we got him a life vest awhile ago so it would be easier for him. And he looks adorable in it! At first hated it and would try to chew it off himself, but now he has accepted it as something he has to wear sometimes. Anyway, almost all of us ended up getting in the water. It was cold be refreshing. Jack only got his legs in, but at least it was something.

     I'll have to get some pictures tomorrow when we go exploring so I can put them on my next blog.

P.S. We went through Bemidji on the way to Crow Wing Lake Campground to visit Paul Bunyan and his bull Babe. They had big statues of them, and inside the visitor center everything we big! There was even a big tooth pick! Haha! There was a park to play on and a lake where Sammy went for a swim. If you haven't noticed already, Sammy loves to swim. ;D
